Open your heart and BREATHE

The very word Pranayama means directing the flow of prana, the subtle life force energy, through our subtle and physical body.  In some schools of Yoga, Pranayama is introduced only after more than a year of practice of Yoga asanas.

Devi believes that Pranayama are an integral part of a Yoga session. Pranayama like Kapal Bhati, Bhastrika, Nadi Shodan Pranayama, etc. are included in all sessions of Yoga with Devi Mohan.

The benefits of Pranayama are so great that more than 50% of modern day illnesses can be drastically reduced, if not eliminated, with regular practice of Pranayama. It is a great pity not to use the God-given gift of breath for our balance and healing.
